How do I purchase an Orvis Gift Card?

Answer: There are a number of ways you can order an Orvis Gift Card:

  • Online on the Orvis.co.uk website.
  • From one of our retail stores.
  • By calling Orvis Customer Service at 0844 557 4177.
  • By sending your request to:

How do I redeem a gift card?

Answer:

Complete your online order as you normally would using your credit card. When your order is completed you will be issued an order number which identifies that transaction (this number will also be e-mailed to you). Using that order number, you can choose from the following three options to complete payment using an Orvis Gift Card:

To redeem by mail:
Write your order number and send it to us with your Orvis Gift Card to:

Upon receipt of your gift card, we will credit the amount of your gift card to the account originally used to place your order.

To redeem by phone:

To redeem at a retail store:
Bring your gift card and printed order to any of our retail locations.

How long does it take to deliver a gift card?

Answer: Gift card delivery depends on the delivery method you select:

  • Standard delivery: 7 days.
  • Next Day delivery: 1 business day.

What happens if I do not spend the full amount of my gift card?

Answer: If a customer does not spend the full amount of the gift card, the balance will be paid back to them in the form of a gift certificate.

Is delivery free for gift cards?

Answer: Gift cards receive free standard delivery. The regular delivery charges apply to gift cards ordered with express or next business day delivery. All regular and special delivery charges apply to the merchandise purchased with a gift card.

Do gift cards expire?

Answer: There is no expiration date for Orvis gift cards. They remain activated until fully redeemed for their original purchase value.

Can a lost gift card be replaced?

Answer: No. Each gift card states that there is a "no replacement" policy for lost or stolen gift cards. Please contact Orvis Customer Service at 0844 557 4188 for further enquiry.

 
8.

When is a gift card activated?

Answer: Orvis gift cards are ready to use upon receipt -- there's no separate activation process involved. Once you receive your gift card, you can use it immediately at an Orvis retail store or by placing your order by phone.

How do I return merchandise purchased by a gift card?
