Welcome to the Orvis Return Process Center! You'll find all the information you need for returning your Orvis merchandise. If you need to return your purchase for any reason, return it to us and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. Orvis does not offer a free returns service.
If you are in the European Union and you return your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you return merchandise after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size required. Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

Need an exchange fast? Call 0333 400 4188 anytime and we’ll place your new order charging your credit card, but we'll waive regular shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
Easy Return for Refund
Returning an item for a refund is easy, fast, and simple: You ship us back your items. Include the "Return and Exchange Form" found on the back of your packing slip, and use the return label attached to the packing slip included with your order, and affix postage.
Lost Return Form or Return Label
That's no problem! Simply contact Customer Service and we'll send you a duplicate non-prepaid return label. Or you can print a Return and Exchange Form and non-prepaid Return Shipping Label now. The "Return and Exchange Form" and "Return Shipping Labels" are combined into one .pdf document for your convenience. You need both for Orvis to process your return efficiently. The "Return and Exchange Form" is on the first page; use this form to enter the item you're returning and the reason for the return. The return label is on the second page.
Be sure to include proof of purchase—returns made without a proof of purchase will receive an Orvis Gift Card in the amount of the lowest sale price of the merchandise returned.
