What is your return policy?

Answer: All merchandise purchased from Orvis has the Orvis 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund your money on any purchase that isn't 100% satisfactory. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple. For more details:

How do I return merchandise to Orvis?

Answer: Returning it is easy, fast, and simple. You ship us back your items. Include the "Return and Exchange Form" found on the back of your packing slip, and use the return label attached to the packing slip included with your order.

Are there any special forms I need to include with my return?

Answer: You'll need to include the "Return and Exchange Form" found on the back of your packing slip and use the return label.

Do you have address labels I can use for returns?

Answer: A return label is attached to the packing slip included with your order, or click here to download the form..

Concerning my return: Can I exchange it for other merchandise, or can I obtain a refund?

Answer: You can do either one. You can use the "Return and Exchange Form" that was enclosed with your order to exchange your original item for other merchandise. Or, you can request a refund. Be sure to include proof of purchase—returns made without a proof of purchase will receive an Orvis gift card in the amount of the lowest sale price of the merchandise returned.

Can you credit the value of my return to a different purchase?

Answer: While we are unable to credit the value of your return to a different purchase, we will gladly send you an Orvis gift card in the amount of your return which you can then use on our website or at any Orvis retail store.
