Orvis respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. When we request your email address, (as we do in our shopping cart), how do you know how that information will be used? Are you concerned that providing us with that information may result in unsolicited email, otherwise known as “spam?” To answer these and other questions, and to alleviate any concerns you may have, we have created this page to outlining our email usage policy.

There are areas of Orvis.co.uk where providing your email address helps to ensure you'll receive better customer service for orders and maintaining account information. It provides us with the ability to personalise your online experience, manage your account, confirm an order, notify you when orders are shipped in the event of a backorder, or to answer a question you may have asked in a product review. These instances are transactional email requests. In most cases, your email address is required to complete your request for products and services.
Marketing Email Requests
The Orvis Enewsletter keeps you updated on the latest promotional offers, new products, and improved services. In some cases, you'll even receive coupons for discounts to use at your local Orvis retail store. Email communications of this type are marketing email requests. They are always optional and we provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from the Orvis email newsletter in every edition.
