This top is made for Goldilocks-- not too tight, not too loose (I'm a size 8, the small fits me well), not too long, not too short, and versatile. I wanted something I could dress up with sparkly jewelry or wear as a fairly plain severe shirt under a bright or somber jacket. I expect to get a lot of wear from it on our next cruise to the Caribbean.

I own a lovely black scrunch suit but I thought, wouldn't this tank create a whole new look . It does and is really classy. I bet it would also look great paired with a white suit, which is also have in my closet.
Nice travel top -
Overall , I like this top. The colors and design are true to the photo. It washes well and doesn't wrinkle -- great for traveling ! My only negative comment is that the cut of the top is off. The neckline doesn't lay flat against my skin and it gaps in a major way when I bend over.
Great tank -
This tank is nice and better looking in person, and that's from someone who usually wears solids. It is pricey, and more fitted than other Orvis travel tanks, so I returned a medium for a large, and still waiting for it. It seems to be slightly lighter weight material than other pieces but I intend to layer any way. Wish the tank came in the darker print like the new sleeveless crinkle dress.
Excellent Purchase -
The tank is very well made - arm holes are not too big, slight shaping for the waist which is very slimming.
too short -
fabric great. tank top is too short, which is a complaint I have about many Orvis tops (sweaters, sweatshirts, etc). I am only 5' 4" and it barely comes past my waist. If I lift my arms over my head my stomach shows (and I wear "mom jeans" that come up to my real waist, not low slung jeans.
