A Kuhl purchase -
By: rabbott71 from Lee's Summit, MO
These Kuhl Revolvr pants are better than I was told about in the store. They fit perfectly for outdoor activity but also look good as casual wear. I wore them on a couple of hiking trips in NM and they felt great. I will be buying more.
Comfortable and durable -
I've been looking for slacks like these for a long time, in full length (not convertible to/from shorts). These fit well, wear like denim and are nice and cool. They dry out quickly from the rain, too.
Great pants -

Much preferred over a pair of jeans on a warm summer day. Fabric gets more comfortable every time I wear these pants. My favorite pair of pants to be sure. I started an addiction to Kuhl pants by purchasing a pair of shorts. Liked those so much I bought another. Then saw Orvis also carried the Revolvr pants so I got a pair of those. Now the only question left is whether I order a second pair of those too!
Awesome, light pants -
By: CharlieMakita from Raleigh, NC
Light, soft to the touch, sized perfectly, comfortable, near perfect! Front pockets could be a little deeper, but other than that, perfect. I am going to buy more pairs; Orvis needs to offer all the available colors from Kuhl.
Good Summer Hiking Pants -

Wore these on a steep hike up Talcott Mountain in 90 degree heat. Very comfortable, moved in the right places, and wicked away sweat quickly. This is my fourth pair of Kuhl hiking pants and I would highly recommend them.
Beating the Heat -

These pants are great for working in a hot factory environment. These pants are lightweight but built tough enough handle the wear and tear of an active work environment. These are the most comfortable pants I own.
Good going on better -

Excellent cloth, well-made, outstanding fit. My only complaint: light stitching makes them look like work pants. I wanted to wear them on a trip to Manhattan but decided they looked too workish ( if that's not a word, it should be.....). Match the stitching to the cloth in the next iteration and you'll have a grand prize winner.

Your Basic Lightweight Jeans -
By: victorsix from Farmington, NM
In essence, these are a pair of lightweight jeans, with some fancy contrast-thread stitching (and a little advertising overkill, made up of a bullet-point list of all the product's great features, printed on -- of all places -- the pants' interior, on the side of a pocket!) They're made by a company called Kuhl. They're what I'd call a "warm-weather" type jean, light in weight, and touted as having "articulated knees" and a gusseted crotch; and they DO seem to fit well, both in the waist and in the length. Moreover, that good fit doesn't seem to have changed after a washing or two. In short, they're your basic warm-weather, very casual long pant, albeit with a few extras thrown in, such as metal rivets at the pocket corners, instead of the usual threaded bar tacks. Whether or not the little "extras" will translate into a long-wearing garment or not is the big question; and it's why I didn't give the jeans a five star rating -- YET! If they DO end up lasting for two to three years or more, then I'd bump my rating up. If not? Then I'd have to say there are other better-value lightweight jeans out there, even with the contrasting stitching and "interior" advertising you get with Kuhl. Time will tell. Meanwhile, I'll enjoy 'em while I can and hope for the best.
