Information We Share with Others

In addition to Coremetrics, we contract with other companies (including, but not limited to, credit card processors, shippers, competition promoters, website developers) to provide certain services to Orvis to fulfil orders, provide competitions, and create our website. In some instances, these contractors may have access to personal data. However, they are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the such data and to use it only for the purposes of carrying out Orvis business. In other words, these companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than Orvis.
