You better like to iron -
By: Anne95816 from Sacramento, CA
I ordered two of these blouses mainly because I am a fan of linen and liked the clean lines of this blouse. This is not a terrible blouse, however, I do have complaints: the linen fabric is much too heavy (this is NOT fine linen) and scratchy. It is a major chore to iron due to its weight and the doubling of fabric on yoke and collar. I had assumed the linen would be the same material as used for the Sweetwater Button Front Tee, which is a much nicer linen and very easy to iron.
Great Linen Shirt -

Have bought a lot of linen pieces but have fallen in love with Orvis brand. Good body to the linen and has a great feel.
SO versatile -
I wear this as a shirt, as a jacket with a sleeveless dress and as a jacket with a tank top and pants. That's a lot of mileage from one piece of clothing and makes it well worth the price. Easy to care for, too: just wash, line dry and I rarely find I need to iron.
Excellent Quality Linen Blouse! -

I purchased this same blouse in another color because the quality is excellent! looks great casually with jeans or dressed up with jewelry, and I have received many compliments wearing it. the fit is perfect and very comfortable to wear.
This is the ideal all purpose summer go anywhere shirt. It is also well constructed and comfortable which is the Orvis standard.
Best summer blouse ever -
I purchased this blouse in all six colors and have worn them through spring and summer. I get compliments each time I wear them. My mother liked them so much, I bought her two and she was thrilled. The shoreline linen is the perfect weight, washes well and irons so easily. I love this blouse and would recommend it to anyone!

It runs a little large but is very pretty. The fabric is nice.
Not good for Me! -

The shirts are true to their color, but they definitely require ironing to look nice after they are washed.
Very nice -

I wear linen tops 90% of the time because I'm hot natured and I live in SC. This is heavier weight than most of my linen shirts so it looks dressier. While it wrinkles as linen does, it doesn't wrinkle as much as the tissue weight tops. Professional looking shirt that is still cool and comfortable. These are keepers!

I am almost pleased with my purchases from Orvis. This shirt can be worn as part of a casual outfit or more dressy one. The quality of the product is very good.
