Easy Mend 3wt For Nymphing -

I purchased this line to use with an 11ft nymphing rod on rivers in England. So far, I've found the long head makes it easy to aerialize the line for long casts, and it's also easy to pick up a longer line and lay it back down and also to make longer mends. Again, for winter grayling fishing, using a short line Czech nymphing method, I'm sure this line will be fine. As usual, all the qualities of Orvis are encapsulated in this fine and delicate line.

The built-in loop to attach the leader knotlessly is cool as well as the WT id on the line. The sale made this an especially good deal.
Good product; okay customer service -

I've used the line for fishing already. It definitely makes a huge difference to use a quality line from Orvis. I ordered the line to go with a reel I purchased. When I got the reel, though, the line wasn't invluded even though I ordered both at the same time. There was no explanation at all about why the line wasn't included. Only after I called did I get an explanation.
Not pleased out of the box -

I was shocked to see as I took the line out of the package that it did not have a loop on the reel end. In this day and age of fast line changing, why would you force me to have to tie on a loop to the end of your line? You have one in the front. I have only thrown the line in my yard, but so far so good. Will test in Montana next month.
Best Line EVER -

I bought this for my uncle and he sent it home with me to spool up for him. Before leaving for my Wyoming trip, I asked him if he cared if broke it in for him. By the time I returned, I told him he wasn't getting it back! Casts beautifully...excellent mending. Our "trout season" here in Texas is about Nov. through April...looking forward to using this line in the Fall!
Great line to go with a great rod! -

Put it on my Access reel and Access rod. Really lays out and easy to mend and cast. It was a "reel" deal!

using on a Helios 2 switch rod , 7wt and 11' length. This line make the rod come to life on the lake and river. No problems and lots of fish. I catch and release and have seen a lot of beautiful fish these past few weeks. Thanks ORVIS, a product that works and works well.

This line performs as advertised. Very slick and easy to mend. orange tip is a pretty cool feature as well especially in low light.
