I bought these for my husband. They are a little short. He wanted the all- leather. Hopefully they will be available on the future.
miss the old ones -
I used to buy a pair or two of these a year when they where made in USA. Now that they are made overseas and the quality suffers for that, I buy my suspenders from other outfitters who still source from the U.S.

These are very well made and seem sturdy. Elastic on back has enough give when you move but hold pants in place.

These seem to be very well made, no loose threads or blemishes. The material feels strong and should give years of service.

I've been looking for suspenders and finally found them at Orvis. They are very well made and should last many many years.
Great Pair of Suspenders -

These are a great pair of suspenders - they look and work great. I am going to have to begin adding buttons to more of my pants so I can use them with more than just my Field Marsh Pants.

Since my first well thought out review was bounced for mentioning my disappointment in the country of origin, again, 45 yrs. after my first fly fishing vest purchase, I'll be brief. My biggest lament is the leather in these braces. Thin, artificial looking, imprecisely cut and sewn. No proud "Orvis" embossing, just a little tag inside. Cotton webbing seems a bit thick, with heavy wire-like adjustment buckles. After two bird hunts, they are functional though, and I prefer the cotton webbing over all elastic, which would feel like rubber bands constantly pulling, instead of simply supporting my brush pants. I'll keep them, just thought they would look and be constructed as "classy" as the photo suggests, but in my opinion they are not.
