Made famous along the banks of Washington's renowned steelhead rivers such as the Skagit, Sauk, and Skykomish, Skagit-style lines were initially developed by Spey casters searching for a short-headed line able to cast large flies and pick up heavy sink tips. The RIO Skagit Flight VersiTip system is a complete line system for the two-handed angler and includes a powerful Skagit head, three 10' tips of varying densities (full floating, full sinking, and half float/half sink), and an appropriately sized shooting line. Features welded loops on both ends and has its line size printed on the rear loop for easy identification when switching heads or tips. In pale orange. Available grain weights are 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, and 650. Head lengths range from 23'-27', excluding tip. Total length 100'. USA.
