Learn To Fly Fish: Saltwater Casting Clinic with John Clark
This 2-hour lesson is ideal for anyone seeking to learn or improve fly-casting in coastal conditions. John provides a rounded view from correct rod and line set up, hauling, line handling and how to use the wind to your advantage.
John is a highly experienced master MCI and APGAI qualified fly-casting instructor. His years of experience extend specifically to handling saltwater conditions and offer new and highly experienced fly anglers alike an opportunity to improve their technique to succeed in the salt!
The casting clinic takes place on grass, in the private grounds of Holbury Lakes Fishery by the lodge.
Participants are encouraged to use their own saltwater rod outfits, and sunglasses or protective eyewear are required to worn throughout your lesson. A hat and seasonally appropriate clothing are advised. Please contact customer services if you require any advice.
This experience does not include access to the fishery all day, if you would like to stay on and fish at Holbury Lakes Trout Fishery after your class, please speak to a member of the fishery on site team to purchase a ticket.
