How will I know if my order has posted?
If you give us your email address when you place your order, you will be notified via email when your order has been posted. If you do not have an email address, simply visit our website and use our online tracking service to check the progress of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of the time you place your order. Standard post methods will usually deliver an order within 7 to 10 business days. Use Next-Day Service for guaranteed delivery of your order on the next business day.
Which carriers does Orvis use?
Orvis uses Interlink, DHL/Omega, and Royal Mail for shipping. The type of service will be chosen for you.
Is order tracking and verification available?
Yes. Use our online tracking service to track the status of your current order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Step 1: Find your order number from your email confirmation. If you cannot find your order number, then contact our Customer Service department by live chat, email, or phone for assistance. Please have your name and billing address ready when you contact Customer Service.
Step 2: Open our online tracking service. Enter your order number and your zip code or postal code number. Click "Continue."
Step 3: The status of each item you have ordered will be displayed under the item. Once an item is shipped, there will be a tracking number for the carrier and a button that is a direct link to the carrier's website for shipment tracking.
What is the cut-off time for express delivery?
The cut-off time for merchandise is 12:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Thursday will not be delivered until Monday. Not all items are available for express delivery. Certain parts of the UK are not eligible for express delivery.
