Love ordering and buying Orvis fly fishing gear for my Man! It's always the best and never disappoints! He just bought a new fly fishing pole at the store in Indianapolis, too. Great store!!!
PolyLeader - nice, but see below -

Nice leader, For some reason I thought that this was a leader coated like a fly line ....I planned to try to use it as a line for a TenKara Rod, still may - but would not recommend for a TenKara line
Excellent addition to fly kit -

These weighted leaders help me get down to the level I need when the fishing demands below surface flies. Depending on the level of sink needed they provide the necessary speed of drop.
Adds Flexibility to your Floating Line -

Where legal for Atlantic Salmon, you can greatly simplify the line equation and rig a floating line and use the leader to adjust for water conditions. I found the leaders particularly helpful in low water. A micro-swivel can be added to remove line twist and add weight. Not quite as easy to cast as an integrated line.
Perfect extension to a fly line -
Casts like a integral part of you r fly line, turns over super nice.

Lost the fish but didn't break the leader and upon inspection, leader is in good shape for fishing in an area full of rocks
What Happened! -

Leader broke off 4 inches from the butt end of the leader. We've never salmon fished before, and we broke off hooks from the 20lb fluorocarbon that we fell back too. Would have not been surprised for a thinner section of the Orvis poly leader to snap but not the butt end. Makes me suspect it was defective.
