Orvis Fly Club: Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions are in conjunction with and in addition to, our Terms of Service and form the basis of the membership agreement between Orvis UK (‘we/us’) and you (‘you’/’your’)
- The Orvis Fly Club scheme (hereafter ‘Fly Club’/’membership’) is open to individuals resident in the United Kingdom. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations, or similar entities.
- Membership of Fly Club is personal to you. You may not share your membership with others.
- If we believe that you have shared your membership or are acting on behalf of a company, partnership, unincorporated association, or similar entity, your membership may be cancelled without notice.
- Your account will become active upon purchasing ‘Orvis Fly Club’ membership and unless otherwise stated, will last for a period of 1 calendar year, beginning on the date of purchase.
- Membership product may not be purchased using pay-later services such as Klarna.
- Membership is attached to the email used when purchasing the membership product. If you need to change this address at any time, please contact our customer service team.
- Membership entitles the member to receive Standard UK Delivery, free of charge on all orders placed within the duration of their membership. Orders that do not qualify for Standard UK Delivery, according to our Standard Delivery policy, will be charged at their advertised rate.
- Membership is excluded from our standard returns policy but can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have made use of your free delivery benefit during this period, the applicable delivery charge(s) may be deducted from any refund. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team.
- We reserve the right to combine and/or consolidate shipping where a member places multiple orders within a 72-hour period, where those orders are for delivery to a single address.
- We reserve the right to select a carrier and/or delivery service of our choice.
