This one day beginner fly fishing instruction programme is aimed at the complete novice. All the basics are covered including safety, tackle selection, casting, fly selection and playing and landing a fish. This course is held on our Kimbridge beat on the River Test, situated 10-15 minutes from Stockbridge and Andover.
We will cover:
Fly casting techniques
Essential knots
How to choose your tackle
Stream entomology (the science of insects)
Proper fly selection
How to read the water and currents
How to play, land and safely release fish

Answer: A maximum of 8 with two qualified instructors.

Answer: 30 days notice is required to ensure that your deposit it refunded. However late cancellations are taken on their merit.
