I PURCHASED MEN’S/WOMEN’S/DOG ITEMS FROM ORVIS.CO.UK BEFORE 14TH MARCH 2022, HOW DO I RETURN THEM?
If you purchased an item from our online men’s, women’s or dog ranges before 14th March 2022, you will need to contact our customer services team on 0333 400 4188, or email customerservice@orvis.co.uk to arrange your return. You can also return your item to an Orvis store (excluding Stockbridge Fishing Store), find your nearest store.
Please ensure you have your proof of purchase. We are not able to offer exchanges on these products but you will still be able to purchase Men’s & Women’s apparel and Dog products at Orvis.com.

HOW DO I SEND ITEMS BACK TO YOU:
- Find a box and insert your item(s) for return.
- Make sure to include your order packing slip in the box, indicating on that what is being returned, as well as the reason. No longer have the packing slip? You can print out a new "Return and Exchange Form" to include with the return.
- Tape the box up tight!
- Affix the return label that we attached to your packing slip to the box, or use an alternate method to return your items to:
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage slip for your records.

Once we receive the return, we’ll take care of your refund or exchange, as you requested on the paperwork enclosed. Note: for exchanges, you will be refunded for the return and then re-charged for the exchange order.
Please note: Customs formalities are required from 1st January 2021 on all services, including repairs and exchanges, as the UK is no longer part of the EU. Orders outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you, the customer, will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. These are determined by the destination country.
MAY I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

WHAT IF MY EXCHANGE HAS A DIFFERENT PRICE?
If you exchange one item and order a different style, there may be a difference in price. Any difference in cost between the two items will either be credited back or charged to your original credit card, accordingly.
