Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage slip for your records.

  1. Mail your return!
    • Once we receive the return, we’ll take care of your refund or exchange, as you requested on the paperwork enclosed. Note: for exchanges, you will be refunded for the return and then re-charged for the exchange order. 

Please note: Customs formalities are required from 1st January 2021 on all services, including repairs and exchanges, as the UK is no longer part of the EU. Orders outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you, the customer, will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. These are determined by the destination country.

MAY I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please refer to the guide above for information on whether you will be able to exchange your goods.

WHAT IF MY EXCHANGE HAS A DIFFERENT PRICE?

If you exchange one item and order a different style, there may be a difference in price. Any difference in cost between the two items will either be credited back or charged to your original credit card, accordingly.
