How do e-Gift Cards work?
After you have purchased your eGift Card, you will be emailed a link to view your gift card code. Once you have this you can enter this code at checkout in the payment section to redeem your card. eGift Cards can be redeemed online and in our Stockbridge store.
Can I send an e-Gift Card directly to someone else?
At this time, we cannot send eGift Cards to anyone other than the purchaser. However, you can simply to forward the email you receive, or print out the eGift Card voucher to give to your giftee in person.
Can I add to the balance of an e-Gift Card?
No, eGift Cards are issued for the original purchase amount. Additional balance amounts cannot be added to the card, but if you want an eGift Card for an additional amount, you’re welcome to order a separate card.
Can I use more than one e-Gift Card in the same order?
Yes, you can. On the payment page during checkout, type in your eGift Card code into the Gift Card field and click apply. You can repeat this step for multiple gift card codes.
Help! I deleted my e-Gift Card email!
That's no problem at all! Please contact Customer Services and we will be happy to get that sent back out for you.
What to do if you purchased or were gifted a gift card before March 2022.
If you purchased or were gifted an Orvis gift card before 14th March 2022, you will still be able to redeem your card against purchases of fishing items in our Stockbridge store.
You can still purchase Men’s & Women’s apparel and Dog products at Orvis.com – our customer services team will be happy to transfer your card balance. Please call Customer Services on 0333 400 4188 where one of our team will be happy to help.
