Orvis Fly Club: FAQs

Orvis Fly Club is our postage paid delivery service. However you don't just receive free shipping, for £20 you receive:

  • FREE Standard UK Delivery for a whole year, no matter the size of your order or how many times you purchase with us.
  • Priority repairs and servicing.
  • Access to exclusive products and promotions.

How do I join Fly Club?

Simply log in to your Orvis account, add ‘Orvis Fly Club’ to your basket and check out as normal, the email address you use when you purchase your membership will be automatically credited with free delivery for the duration of your membership.

How do I make use of my Fly Club Membership?

To be able to access your benefits, including free shipping, you will need to be logged into your Orvis account.

FREE UK Standard Delivery: Simply checkout using the email address attached to your membership and select “Fly Club Member – Free Shipping” as your shipping method.

All your other benefits can be found in your Orvis Fly Club Portal

I can’t see “Fly Club Member – Free Shipping” as an option when I check out?

If you are using the email attached to your account and still don’t see this option at checkout please contact us.

Please be aware that it may take up to an hour for your account to be updated. If you are wanting to purchase other items immediately, this can be done at the same time as purchasing your Orvis Fly Club subscription and you will still receive free shipping.

When I use Google Pay, I don’t see an option for free delivery, what should I do?

Some services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay do not always pass your email to us until after you have checked out, in this instance you may not be offered free delivery at the checkout. Please use our secure checkout if you are experiencing issues with a third-party checkout. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us.

My membership is live but I’m not seeing “Fly Club Member – Free Shipping” as an option.

Occasionally things don’t go to plan, if you can’t see free shipping at checkout, please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue. If you’re in a hurry, please checkout as normal and send us an email so we can investigate the issue and refund the delivery charge.

Do I have to create an account to join?

Yes, your membership will be attached to the account you log into when purchasing Fly Club membership. If you have an account, simply log in. If you do not have an account, creating one is quick and easy. Create an account.

Can I change the email address attached to my account?

Of course, please contact our customer service team and we will amend your details.

Are there limitations on who can join Fly Club?

The only limitations are that you are an individual who is resident in the UK.

Are there any restrictions on how I pay for my membership?

Membership must be purchased using a credit or debit card. Pay-later services such as Klarna cannot be used.

How long does membership last?

Unless otherwise stated, your membership is valid for one calendar year from the day you join.

And don't worry about forgetting to renew for the next year! We will contact you via email when your membership is coming up for renewal.

I’ve bought membership but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you have already received any deliveries utilising you free delivery prior to cancellation, the standard delivery fees may be deducted from any refund you receive. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to cancel.

What are the benefits of Fly Club?

Fly Club members receive UK Standard Shipping free of charge on all orders for the duration of their membership.

You will receive priority rod repairs and servicing, meaning you'll go straight to the front of the queue when you request a repair.

We're also creating products and promotions which will be exclusive to Fly Club members. 

What about other delivery fees?

Members receive UK Standard Shipping free of charge, all other shipping rates are unchanged

Will I have to wait longer than normal for my delivery?

No, we’ll continue to dispatch orders within the same timeframe and with the same carriers as all other deliveries.

If I place multiple orders in a short period of time, will you combine them?

If you place more than one order for delivery to the same address within a 72 hour period, we may combine them into one shipment.
