All merchandise purchased from Orvis has the Orvis 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund your money on any purchase that isn't 100% satisfactory. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple. For more details, learn more about the Orvis 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Please note, without proof of purchase you will be refunded by gift card at lowest selling price.

AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM ORVIS BEFORE 14TH MARCH 2022?

Yes. You will need to contact our customer services team on 0333 400 4188, or email customerservice@orvis.co.uk to arrange your refund.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED ORDER?

The refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for your order.

WHY WEREN'T POST AND PACKING FEES REFUNDED?

The reason for the refund determines whether original post and packing fees are also included in the refund. If merchandise is returned because it is defective or because Orvis posted the wrong merchandise, then Orvis will refund the original post and packing fees. Otherwise, post and packing fees are not refunded, but you will be refunded for the original cost of the merchandise.
