Join us on the River Bank in June to meet the Fish in the Reads authors in person.
Following on from the success of the Fish in the Reads virtual event series, which took place on Zoom early this year, we were delighted to be able to bring the experience to life for guests with the Fish in the Reads Festival on the Orvis Kimbridge Beat.
Joined by 30 guests on Friday 25th June 2021, we listened to authors, David Profumo, Charles Rangeley-Wilson, Luke Jennings and Simon Cooper, reading from and discussing their books, whilst enjoying an artisan Mezze box from Kimbridge Barn and Chilgrove Gin cocktails in the sun. Compered by Dr Mark Wormald, College Lecturer at Pembroke, Cambridge, the authors entertained guests with readings, book signings and Q&A's covering a range of environmental, fly fishing and literary topics.
