Orvis Fly Club: Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are in conjunction with and in addition to, our Terms of Service and form the basis of the membership agreement between Orvis UK (‘we/us’) and you (‘you’/’your’)
  2. The Orvis Fly Club scheme (hereafter ‘Fly Club’/’membership’) is open to individuals resident in the United Kingdom. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations, or similar entities.
  3. Membership of Fly Club is personal to you. You may not share your membership with others.
  4. If we believe that you have shared your membership or are acting on behalf of a company, partnership, unincorporated association, or similar entity, your membership may be cancelled without notice.
  5. Your account will become active upon purchasing ‘Orvis Fly Club’ membership and unless otherwise stated, will last for a period of 1 calendar year, beginning on the date of purchase.
  6. Membership product may not be purchased using pay-later services such as Klarna.
  7. Membership is attached to the email used when purchasing the membership product. If you need to change this address at any time, please contact our customer service team.
  8. Membership entitles the member to receive Standard UK Delivery, free of charge on all orders placed within the duration of their membership. Orders that do not qualify for Standard UK Delivery, according to our Standard Delivery policy, will be charged at their advertised rate.
  9. Membership is excluded from our standard returns policy but can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have made use of your free delivery or other benefits during this period, the applicable delivery charge(s) and/or savings may be deducted from any refund. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team.
  10. We reserve the right to combine and/or consolidate shipping where a member places multiple orders within a 72-hour period, where those orders are for delivery to a single address.
  11. We reserve the right to select a carrier and/or delivery service of our choice.

Additional Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend

  1. The "Refer a Friend" feature is available to active Fly Club members who are not within the first or last 14 days of their membership, nor have received their membership via a promotion/giveaway.
  2. Referral codes are valid throughout your membership period, except for the first and last 14 days of your membership.
  3. Referral benefits may be forfeited if you breach any terms of your account or if the referred member cancels their membership within the first 14 days.
  4. Two months of free membership will be automatically applied within 10 days of a successful referral and will be added to the end of your current membership period.
  5. You may make up to four successful referrals during your membership period, which includes the initial 12 months plus any additional 2-month extensions earned through successful referrals.
  6. Referrals are tracked using your unique referral code. In the event of a dispute over a referral, we will review the relevant records and resolve the issue accordingly.
  7. The referral program is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Any benefits you have earned will not be affected by such changes. We will notify you of any changes via email to the registered address associated with your account.
  8. Membership cancellations are generally only permitted within the first 14 days of purchase. During this period, you will not be eligible to make referrals. In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, we may allow a cancellation beyond this period. If you have made referrals and we approve such a cancellation, the benefits for the referees will not be affected.
Definition of a Valid Referral

A referral is considered valid when the following conditions are met:

  • The person being referred (the referee) uses the unique referral code provided by the referring member (the referrer) at the time of their membership sign-up.
  • The referee’s membership must be completed and paid for, and it must remain active for a minimum of 14 days.
  • The referrer must be an active Fly Club member at the time of the referral and not within the first or last 14 days of their membership.

Referrals that do not meet these conditions will not be deemed valid, and no referral benefits will be awarded.
