What is Orvis Rewards?
Orvis Rewards is the free UK loyalty programme from Orvis, designed to thank you for shopping with us. You earn points when you shop, which can be redeemed for vouchers and rewards.
Who can join Orvis Rewards?
You can join if you are 18 or over, live in the UK, and have an Orvis customer account. The programme is for individual customers only. Orvis employees and customers who receive routine discounts, such as Endorsed Guides or ProGuide participants, are not eligible.
How do I join Orvis Rewards?
To join, create a customer account at orvis.co.uk. Membership is free and your rewards account is linked to your email address.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products when shopping at orvis.co.uk or Orvis Stockbridge, as long as you are logged into your account at checkout. Points are credited 7 days after purchase. Delivery charges, gift cards, experiential products and services do not earn points. If you return an item for a refund, the related points will be deducted.
Do sale items earn points?
Yes. Sale items usually qualify for points unless stated otherwise.
Can I earn points in other ways?
Yes. You can earn additional points by completing optional missions such as creating an account, signing up to emails, writing product reviews or taking part in social media activity. Mission rewards must be validated and may take up to 7 days to be awarded.
When do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Making a logged-in purchase will keep your points active.
What can I use my points for?
Points can be exchanged for money-off vouchers or other rewards, depending on your tier. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
How long are vouchers valid?
Most Orvis Rewards vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated.
Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
Yes. Multiple loyalty vouchers can usually be used in the same transaction and alongside other offers, unless stated otherwise.
What are the Orvis Rewards tiers?
There are three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Tier status is based on how much you spend in a rolling 12-month period. Each tier unlocks additional benefits such as bonus points, exclusive products or early access. Once you qualify for a tier, you will keep it for 12 months.
How does the referral programme work?
If you refer a friend who is not already a member, you will earn 100 points when they make a qualifying purchase. Your friend will receive a £10 voucher, subject to a £50 minimum spend excluding delivery. The referral purchase must be made within 14 days. If the order is returned, referral rewards will be withdrawn.
What happens if I close my account or leave the programme?
If your account is closed or you leave Orvis Rewards, all unused points and rewards will be lost.
Can my account be suspended?
Yes. Orvis may suspend or remove accounts where misuse or fraud is suspected. This includes creating multiple accounts, providing false information, abusing missions or referrals, or reselling rewards or vouchers.
Can Orvis change Orvis Rewards?
Yes. Orvis may change, suspend or withdraw the programme or its benefits at any time.
