Orvis Rewards: Terms and Conditions
These terms are supplementary to our standard Terms of Service. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms & Conditions apply to Orvis Loyalty, the Orvis UK loyalty rewards programme (the “Scheme”). By joining or participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Scheme
1.1 The Scheme is operated by Orvis UK (“Orvis”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 The Scheme is free to join and is available to UK residents only.
1.3 Orvis reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Scheme, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over who create an Orvis customer account at orvis.co.uk.
2.2 The Scheme is for individual consumers only. Business customers are not eligible.
2.3 Orvis employees, and customers subject to routine discounts (including but not limited to Endorsed Guides and ProGuide participants), are excluded from the Scheme.
2.4 Only one account per person and per email address is permitted.
3. Joining & Accounts
3.1 To join the Scheme, you must create a customer account at orvis.co.uk.
3.2 Your loyalty account is linked to your registered email address.
3.3 Email address changes must be requested via Orvis Customer Service at customerservice@orvis.co.uk.
3.4 Orvis reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts.
4. Earning Points on Purchases
4.1 You will earn 1 reward point for each whole £1 spent, including VAT where applicable, on eligible purchases made at orvis.co.uk or Orvis Stockbridge.
4.2 Delivery charges, gift cards, experiential products and other Orvis services are excluded from points earning.
4.3 You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase. Points cannot be credited retrospectively.
4.4 Points are validated and credited 7 days after purchase.
4.5 If items are returned for a refund, the corresponding points will be deducted.
4.6 Purchases made using vouchers or points remain eligible to earn points unless stated otherwise.
4.7 Sale items qualify unless expressly excluded.
5. Missions
5.1 Missions are optional tasks that allow members to earn additional points.
5.2 Orvis may add, remove or amend missions at any time without notice.
5.3 Completion of a mission must be validated before points are awarded. Validation may take up to 7 days.
Mission-specific terms:
• Create Account / Email Signup / Follow on Instagram: These missions may be completed once only.
• Product Reviews: You may submit multiple reviews. Reviews must be honest, relate to products you own, be coherent and free from foul or offensive language. Orvis may reject reviews at its discretion.
• Instagram Posts: Your account must be public and posts must remain live until verification is complete.
6. Referral Programme
6.1 To receive a referral reward, the referred person must be a new customer to Orvis UK and not already be participating in the Scheme.
6.2 The referrer will receive 100 points once the referee makes a qualifying purchase.
6.3 The referee will receive a £10 discount voucher, subject to a £50 minimum spend (delivery excluded).
6.4 The referee must make a qualifying purchase within 14 days of referral.
6.5 If the referee’s purchase is returned or refunded, referral rewards will be withdrawn.
6.6 The referrer may refer up to 5 new customers per month.
6.7 Orvis reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where misuse or abuse is suspected.
7. Redeeming Points & Vouchers
7.1 Points may be exchanged for money-off vouchers or specified rewards, subject to availability and your tier.
7.2 Redemption options and conversion rates vary by tier and are shown in your account.
7.3 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.4 Points, vouchers and rewards are non-transferable.
7.5 Vouchers are generally valid for 30 days from date of issue unless stated otherwise.
7.6 Expired vouchers are void and cannot be reinstated.
7.7 Only one loyalty voucher may be used in a single transaction unless stated otherwise.
8. Tiers & Benefits
8.1 The Scheme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
8.2 Tier qualification is based on spend in a rolling 12-month period through a single customer account:
• Bronze: £100
• Silver: £500
• Gold: £1,500
8.3 Once you qualify for a tier, you will retain it for 12 months from the last date you met the qualification criteria.
8.4 Each tier provides increasing benefits, which may include bonus points, exclusive products and early access.
8.5 Only one tier reward benefit may be used in a single transaction unless stated otherwise.
8.6 Orvis may revoke tier status and associated rewards if misuse or fraud is suspected.
9. Expiry & Inactivity
9.1 Points will automatically expire after 12 months of inactivity.
9.2 Inactivity means no logged-in purchases at orvis.co.uk or Orvis Stockbridge.
9.3 Reminder communications may be sent but should not be relied upon.
10. Suspension, Termination & Misuse
10.1 Orvis may suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without notice, including where misuse is suspected.
10.2 Examples of misuse include (but are not limited to):
• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Manipulating missions or referrals
• Reselling rewards or vouchers
10.3 Orvis reserves the right to reverse points, revoke rewards or cancel vouchers where misuse or fraud is suspected.
10.4 If your account is closed or you leave the Scheme, all unused points and rewards will be forfeited.
11. Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvis accepts no liability for any loss arising from participation in the Scheme.
11.2 Orvis is not responsible for failures caused by:
• Third-party platforms (including social media sites), or
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
12.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
