The rivers Avon and Stour flow into Christchurch Habour over sandy gravels and muddy falts, providing an exciting and accessible opportunity to fly-fish for a variety of target saltwater species.

Join local fishing expert Dave Froy for a memorable day sight-fishing and hunting for seabass, mullet and sea trout in these picturesque and naturally stunning waters.

Previous fly fishing experience is recommended.  A kit list will be provided upon booking.

Location: Stour and Avon Estuary at Christchurch Harbour, Dorset.

Times & Dates:
Thursday 5th June, 9am
Saturday 7th June, 10am

Due to the nature and location of this experience, attendees must be able to walk and wade along the beach and coast. If you have any questions, please contact customer services before placing your order.

ITINERARY

Welcome! Meet your host at the agreed time and location. Quick rundown of the day, fishery overview, safety briefing and setting up what kit will be used including leader and fly selection.

Take the 10-15 minute walk from the carpark through the nature reserve to the fishery waterside.
Discuss fishing marks and individually get set up at the water's edge.

Time to fish!

Lunch can be taken at any time to make sure you get the most out of your day on the water.

Wrap up about 6 hours after meeting that morning, de-brief as you return to the carpark.
