The Catch Series: Pike on the Fly Experience
Learn how to target toothy predators in a beautiful rural setting, with a good head of pike from "jacks" to low double figures. Besides learning about the flies and tactics, you will also pick up essential handling and release skills to protect this deceptively fragile species.
Guests to provide own rod and tackle, including predator leaders or wire traces etc. Guide will provide fish care essentials such as a large net and padded unhooking mat.
Guide will arrange and provide fishery day ticket, but guests will need to ensure they have a national rod licence. Lunch is not provided, so bring a packed lunch.
Some fly fishing experience is an advantage for this guided day.
